Whiskey Grill Glaze
Ingredients:
1 ½ teaspoons onion powder
1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
1 ½ teaspoons hot pepper sauce
½ cup pineapple juice
¼ cup whiskey
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cube beef bouillon
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Preparation:
In a medium saucepan, place onion powder, garlic powder, hot pepper sauce, pineapple juice, whiskey, brown sugar, beef bouillon and Worcestershire sauce. Bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Reserve extra to use as a sauce.
Pour over meat in marinator. The longer you can let it marinade, the better.
