Whiskey Grill Glaze

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ teaspoons onion powder

  • 1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder

  • 1 ½ teaspoons hot pepper sauce

  • ½ cup pineapple juice

  • ¼ cup whiskey

  • 1 cup packed brown sugar

  • 1 cube beef bouillon

  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
     

Preparation:

  1. In a medium saucepan, place onion powder, garlic powder, hot pepper sauce, pineapple juice, whiskey, brown sugar, beef bouillon and Worcestershire sauce. Bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Reserve extra to use as a sauce.

  2. Pour over meat in marinator. The longer you can let it marinade, the better.
