Strawberry Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 quart fresh strawberries (wash, drain)

  • 1 can (14 oz.) of sweetened condensed milk

  • 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1 tub (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed

  • 1 graham cracker pie shell

Preparation:

  1. Combine sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Blend well.  

  2. Fold in Cool Whip. Add strawberries, stirring as little as possible. Turn in to pie shell and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.

    Serves 6 to 8.
