Strawberry Pie
Ingredients:
1 quart fresh strawberries (wash, drain)
1 can (14 oz.) of sweetened condensed milk
2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
1 tub (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
1 graham cracker pie shell
Preparation:
Combine sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Blend well.
Fold in Cool Whip. Add strawberries, stirring as little as possible. Turn in to pie shell and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
Serves 6 to 8.
