Spinach and Artichoke Dip
Ingredients:
1 box (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, cooked, cooled and squeezed dry
16 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
8 oz Parmesan cheese, grated
8 oz mayonnaise
8 oz artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 red bell pepper, seeded and finely chopped
3 small cloves garlic, minced
Pita bread cut into triangles or tortilla chips
Preparation:
Place first 7 ingredients in slow cooker and mix thoroughly. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour, or until cheese is melted.
Mix again, turn to warm and serve with pita bread and/or tortilla chips
