Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 box (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, cooked, cooled and squeezed dry

  • 16 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • 8 oz Parmesan cheese, grated

  • 8 oz mayonnaise

  • 8 oz artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

  • 1 red bell pepper, seeded and finely chopped

  • 3 small cloves garlic, minced

  • Pita bread cut into triangles or tortilla chips

Preparation:

  1. Place first 7 ingredients in slow cooker and mix thoroughly. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour, or until cheese is melted.

  2. Mix again, turn to warm and serve with pita bread and/or tortilla chips
