Slow Cooker Shepherd's Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1½ lb lean stew meat

  • ½ cup frozen chopped onion

  • 2 cups frozen peas and carrots

  • 2 TBSP flour

  • 1 can canned organic beef broth

  • ½ cup tomato sauce

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • Mashed Potatoes
     

Preparation:

  • Mix all ingredients in large zipper bag. Zip to seal and squish around to mix.

  • Pour meat mixture into slow cooker. Cook on low 6 - 8 hours.

  • Cook potatoes spread over meat mixture.
