Slow Cooker Shepherd's Pie
Ingredients:
1½ lb lean stew meat
½ cup frozen chopped onion
2 cups frozen peas and carrots
2 TBSP flour
1 can canned organic beef broth
½ cup tomato sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Mashed Potatoes
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients in large zipper bag. Zip to seal and squish around to mix.
Pour meat mixture into slow cooker. Cook on low 6 - 8 hours.
Cook potatoes spread over meat mixture.
