Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients:
Pork Tenderloin
2 cans stewed tomatoes
1 can Rotel
3 cans beef broth
Seasoned Salt
Black peppe
Garlic powder
Potato rolls
Preparation:
Season pork tenderloin with pepper, garlic powder and seasoned salt.
Place stewed tomatoes and Rotel in the bottom of a slow cooker. Add pork. Pour in beef broth to cover the meat.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
Serve on potato rolls.
