Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:

  • Pork Tenderloin

  • 2 cans stewed tomatoes

  • 1 can Rotel

  • 3 cans beef broth

  • Seasoned Salt

  • Black peppe

  • Garlic powder

  • Potato rolls
     

Preparation:

  1. Season pork tenderloin with pepper, garlic powder and seasoned salt.

  2. Place stewed tomatoes and Rotel in the bottom of a slow cooker. Add pork. Pour in beef broth to cover the meat.

  3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.

  4. Serve on potato rolls.
