7 Layer Taco Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ lb. ground beef

  • ½ tsp salt/pepper

  • ¼ cup milk

  • 1 can tomato soup

  • 1 cup barbeque sauce

  • 1 sm onion

  • ¼ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ cup rice

  • 1 cup water

Preparation:

  1. Mix all ingredients except soup, water and barbeque sauce and shape into balls. Place in a 9 x 13 pan.

  2. Mix soup, water and barbeque sauce and pour over meatballs.

  3. Cover and cook 1 ½ hours at 325°.
