Pancho’s Hot Dip
Ingredients:
1 chopped yellow onion
1 large can (28 oz) whole tomatoes
1 TBSP garlic powder
1 TBSP Accent
1 TBSP cumin
4 jalapeno peppers
2 tsp vegetable oil
Preparation:
Put all in blender for few seconds. Heat to a simmer but DO NOT BOIL.
Cool and whisk in 2 TBSP vegetable oil.
