Pancho’s Hot Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 chopped yellow onion

  • 1 large can (28 oz) whole tomatoes

  • 1 TBSP garlic powder

  • 1 TBSP Accent

  • 1 TBSP cumin

  • 4 jalapeno peppers

  • 2 tsp vegetable oil

Preparation:

  1. Put all in blender for few seconds.  Heat to a simmer but DO NOT BOIL.  

  2. Cool and whisk in 2 TBSP vegetable oil.
