Millionaires

Ingredients:

  • 1 large package (14 oz.) Kraft Caramels

  • 3 Tablespoons milk

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • ⅓ block food grade paraffin

  • 1 (9 oz.) Hershey chocolate bar

  • 2 cups chopped pecans
     

Preparation:

  1. Melt caramels, milk and vanilla in double boiler.  Add pecans and mix well.  Drop by spoon onto waxed paper and flatten.  

  2. Melt chocolate and paraffin in double boiler.  Spoon onto flattened caramel pieces.  

  3. When cool, turn over and spoon chocolate on the other side.

    Makes about 35-40
