Memphis Dry Rub

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsp paprika

  • 1 ½ Tbsp chili powder

  • 2 tsp sugar

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp celery seeds

  • 1 tsp ground cumin

  • 1 tsp dry mustard

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • 1 tsp dried thyme

  • ½ tsp ground cayenne pepper

  • 1 tsp salt

Preparation:

  1. In a small bowl, stir together all ingredients until well blended. Use immediately or cover tightly and store at room temperature for up to one week.
