Memphis Dry Rub
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp paprika
1 ½ Tbsp chili powder
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp celery seeds
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried thyme
½ tsp ground cayenne pepper
1 tsp salt
Preparation:
In a small bowl, stir together all ingredients until well blended. Use immediately or cover tightly and store at room temperature for up to one week.
