Instant Pot Brown Sugar Glazed Carrots

Ingredients:

  • 2 lb. bag baby carrots

  • ⅓ cup unsalted butter

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ⅓ cup brown sugar

  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • ½ cup water

Preparation:

  1. Place carrots into the Instant Pot.

  2. Add butter, salt, brown sugar, cinnamon and water.

  3. Cover the pot and make sure the vent on the top of the cover is set to “Sealing”.

  4. Press the “Pressure Cook” or “Manual” button. Set timer for 4 minutes.

  5. Once the carrots are done cooking, switch the vent to “Venting”.

  6. Stir carrots and serve.
