Honey Mustard Dressing

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil

  • ¼ cup honey

  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 ½ tablespoons Dijon mustard

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste 

Preparation:

  1. Measure all ingredients into a bowl and whisk vigorously, until well-blended.(Alternatively, you process ingredients in a mini food processor or blend them in a blender.)

  2. Taste and adjust seasonings, adding more salt and pepper if necessary.  

  3. Use as a salad dressing or dipping sauce. Store leftovers in a sealed container in the refrigerator; shake well before using.
