Honey Mustard Dressing
Ingredients:
¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
¼ cup honey
¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
1 ½ tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon salt
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Preparation:
Measure all ingredients into a bowl and whisk vigorously, until well-blended.(Alternatively, you process ingredients in a mini food processor or blend them in a blender.)
Taste and adjust seasonings, adding more salt and pepper if necessary.
Use as a salad dressing or dipping sauce. Store leftovers in a sealed container in the refrigerator; shake well before using.
