Hershey Chocolate Bar Cake

Ingredients:

  • 4 small Hershey candy bars

  • 2 c. sugar

  • 2 ½ c. flour

  • 5 eggs

  • ½ c. chopped pecans

  • 2 c. Hershey's syrup

  • 1 c. butter

  • 1 c. buttermilk

  • ¼ tsp. soda

  • 2 tsp. vanilla

  • ⅛ tsp. salt

Preparation:

  1. Melt Hershey bars with can of chocolate.

  2. Cream butter and sugar.

  3. Add eggs one at a time. Add Hershey mixture.

  4. Mix baking soda with buttermilk; add alternately with dry ingredients. Add vanilla and pecans.

  5. Grease a Bundt cake pan; bake at 325 degrees for 1 3/4 hours. Check cake at 1 hour and 10 minutes.
