Hershey Chocolate Bar Cake
Ingredients:
4 small Hershey candy bars
2 c. sugar
2 ½ c. flour
5 eggs
½ c. chopped pecans
2 c. Hershey's syrup
1 c. butter
1 c. buttermilk
¼ tsp. soda
2 tsp. vanilla
⅛ tsp. salt
Preparation:
Melt Hershey bars with can of chocolate.
Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs one at a time. Add Hershey mixture.
Mix baking soda with buttermilk; add alternately with dry ingredients. Add vanilla and pecans.
Grease a Bundt cake pan; bake at 325 degrees for 1 3/4 hours. Check cake at 1 hour and 10 minutes.
