Esprit d’Escalier

Ingredients:

  • ¾ ounce bourbon

  • ¾ ounce Aperol

  • ¾ ounce pink grapefruit juice

  • ¾ ounce Amaro Nonino

Preparation:

  1. Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.

  2. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
