Donna’s Sweet Nuts

Ingredients:

  • 3 Tablespoons melted butter

  • 4 Tablespoons light corn syrup

  • ½  tsp ground cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • 4 cup  pecan Halves

  • ½ cup brown sugar

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 250°.

  2. Mix all ingredients except pecans in a large bowl and mix with hands.  Add pecans and coat well.  

  3. Spread onto foil lined baking sheet. Bake for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes.  Consistency will be thin but will thicken as it cools.  

  4. Cool completely before storing.
