Donna’s Sweet Nuts
Ingredients:
3 Tablespoons melted butter
4 Tablespoons light corn syrup
½ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp salt
4 cup pecan Halves
½ cup brown sugar
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 250°.
Mix all ingredients except pecans in a large bowl and mix with hands. Add pecans and coat well.
Spread onto foil lined baking sheet. Bake for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes. Consistency will be thin but will thicken as it cools.
Cool completely before storing.
