Cranberry Peach Cobbler

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg yellow cake mix

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp nutmeg

  • 2 sticks butter (softened)

  • ½ cup walnuts

  • 1 can peach pie filling

  • 1 can whole cranberry sauce

  • Vanilla ice cream

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine dry cake mix, cinnamon and nutmeg in bowl.

  2. Cut in butter with pastry blender or two knifes until crumbly. Stir in nuts. Set aside.

  3. Combine peach pie filling and cranberry sauce in ungreased 13 x 9 pan; mix well. Sprinkle crumb mixture over fruit.

  4. Bake at 350° for 45-50 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm with ice cream.
