Corn Casserole
Ingredients:
1 (14 ¾-ounce) can cream-style corn
1 (15 ¼-ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
½ cup butter, melted
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 egg, beaten
1 (8 ½-ounce) package corn muffin mix (I use Jiffy brand)
1 cup sour cream
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Mix all ingredients. Pour into a buttered 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Bake for 30 minutes.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
