Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup butter

  • ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa

  • ⅓ cup milk

  • 1 (16 ounce) package powdered sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation:

  1. Stir together first 3 ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium heat until butter is melted.  Cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes or until slightly thickened; remove form heat.

  2. Beat in Powdered Sugar and vanilla at medium-high speed with an electric mixer until smooth.
