Cheese Dip
Ingredients:
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp ground cumin
½ tsp. black pepper
1 lb. pkg. Velveeta
Preparation:
Cube cheese and melt in a double boiler.
Place Rotel tomatoes, garlic and cumin an a pan and bring to a boil. Pour into a blender or food processor and puree. Add to Melted cheese. Serve hot.
