Cheese Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes

  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder

  • 1 Tbsp ground cumin

  • ½ tsp. black pepper

  • 1 lb. pkg. Velveeta

Preparation:

  1. Cube cheese and melt in a double boiler.

  2. Place Rotel tomatoes, garlic and cumin an a pan and bring to a boil. Pour into a blender or food processor and puree. Add to Melted cheese. Serve hot.
