Beef Stroganoff
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 envelope onion soup mix
½ teaspoon ginger
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
3 ½ cups water
3 cups uncooked wide egg noodles
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup sour cream
Preparation:
Brown ground beef in vegetable oil and drain.
Sprinkle dry onion soup mix and ginger over meat. Add uncooked egg noodles in a layer over meat mixture. Add mushrooms with liquid over egg noodles. Add water.
Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes on medium low until egg noodles are done.
Blend flour into sour cream; stir into the stroganoff.
Cook an additional 3 minutes and serve.
