7-Up Cake
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups butter (room temp)
3 cups sugar
5 eggs
3 cups flour
2 tbsp. lemon extract
¾ cup 7-Up
Preparation:
Beat butter until smooth. Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. (Approximately 6 minutes)
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
Add flour, mix well. Add lemon extract and 7-UP. Beat until blended.
Pour batter into well greased and floured Bundt® pan.
Bake at 325° for 1-1 ¼ hours.
