7-Up Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups butter (room temp)

  • 3 cups sugar

  • 5 eggs

  • 3 cups flour

  • 2 tbsp. lemon extract

  • ¾ cup 7-Up

Preparation:

  1. Beat butter until smooth. Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. (Approximately 6 minutes)

  2. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.

  3. Add flour, mix well. Add lemon extract and 7-UP. Beat until blended.

  4. Pour batter into well greased and floured Bundt® pan.

  5. Bake at 325° for 1-1 ¼ hours.
