7 Layer Taco Dip
Ingredients:
1 pkg taco seasoning
8 oz. sour cream
1 (16 oz.) can bean dip (or refried beans)
2 ripe avocados, mashed with fresh lemon juice
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
3 tomatoes, chopped fine
½ cup green onions, slices
1 can black olives, chopped
Preparation:
Mix the taco seasoning into the sour cream (maybe less then one package, depending on taste).
Layer in a 9 x 5 casserole dish in the following order: Bean dip, avocados, sour cream mixture, jack cheese, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, green onions and black olives.
Serve with tortilla chips.
